Getting out of poverty is a priority issue for the development of ethnic villages in Guizhou. According to the plan, in 2020, Guizhou’s urbanization rate will be raised from the current 38% to 50%. The issue of getting rid of poverty should be basically solved during this period. Compared with the rural areas in northern China, Guizhou village has outstanding and distinct resource advantages.
