由于风洞试验对试验环境要求严格,使其对清水混凝土板墙的施工质量要求较高;同时,该墙体属于空间变截面异形结构,也使得施工难度增加。采用不同的模板及混凝土浇筑方案,充分利用现有模板支撑形式,合理设置施工缝位置,以确保外墙异形清水混凝土凹凸肌理设计效果、流道几何尺寸以及工程质量的实现。
Because of the rigorous requirements of the wind tunnel test on the test environment, the requirements for the construction quality of the fresh water concrete slab wall are high. At the same time, the wall belongs to the special-shaped structure of the variable cross-section of space, which also makes the construction more difficult. Different template and concrete pouring schemes are adopted to make full use of the existing formwork support forms and to set the construction seam location reasonably so as to ensure the design effect of the irregular shaped concrete of the external wall and the geometrical dimensions of the runner and the project quality.
