纪检监察部门担负着反腐倡廉的重要使命，纪检监察工作是一个特殊的岗位。纪检监察干部面临着各种各样的考验，由于受各种客观因素的影响和制约，目前纪检监察干部队伍建设中还存在着一些作风建设方面不容忽视的问题，如不认真加以解决，势必阻碍纪检监察事业的发展，最终会影响经济的稳定发展，社会的和谐进步。
