随着经济建设的发展,非金属材料的应用范围不断扩大,解决花岗岩等石材的加工,对于充分利用有效资源,提高经济效益,具有重要的现实意义。由于花岗岩的硬度高、脆性大、低导热,给切削加工带来了极大的难度,因此,寻求适合于花岗岩的切削刀具,是人们极为关注的问题。为此,我们对花岗岩的车削刀具进行了一年多的研究,对硬质合金YG6、YT15、YS30、726以及陶瓷刀具和人造聚晶金刚石PCD复合刀片等做了大量工艺试验,对它们的切削性能及其合理选用进行了初步探讨。
With the development of economic construction, the application of non-metallic materials has been expanding. It is of great practical significance to solve the processing of granite and other stone materials to make full use of effective resources and improve economic efficiency. Because granite has high hardness, high brittleness and low thermal conductivity, it brings great difficulty to the cutting process. Therefore, it is a very important issue for people to look for cutting tools suitable for granite. To this end, we have carried out more than one year of research on the turning tools of granite. We have done a lot of technological tests on cemented carbide YG6, YT15, YS30, 726, ceramic tools and artificial polycrystalline diamond PCD composite blades, Performance and its reasonable selection of a preliminary discussion.
