前言钢铁中微量碳的测定,一般用重量法、低压法、电导法等微量定碳仪来完成。但目前工矿实验室还未普遍具备,因此我们在测定钢铁中微量碳时发生了困难。一般工矿实验室常用气体容量法测定钢铁中碳含量,对于含碳量大于0.05%是适用的。低于0.05%时,由于产生的二氧化碳气体很少,因此测出的二氧化碳体积误差很大,所以利用普通定碳仪测定钢铁中微量碳是不适宜的。
Foreword Determination of trace carbon in steel, the general gravimetric method, low pressure method, conductivity method and other trace carbon instrument to complete. However, at present, industrial and mining laboratories are not yet widely available, so we have had difficulties in determining trace amounts of carbon in steel. Common industrial and mining laboratory gas volumetric method commonly used in the determination of carbon content in steel, carbon content greater than 0.05% is applicable. Less than 0.05%, due to the small amount of carbon dioxide gas produced, so the measured volume of carbon dioxide error is very large, so the use of ordinary carbon determination of trace carbon steel is not appropriate.
