江西省人民政府令第202号《江西省人民政府关于修改〈江西省粮食收购资格许可管理办法〉等4件省人民政府规章的决定》已经2012年10月17日第71次省政府常务会议审议通过,现予公布,自2013年1月1日起施行。省长鹿心社(此件主动公开)2012年11月20日为了维护社会主义法制统一,根据《中华人民共和国立法法》的规定,省人民政府决定对《江西省粮食收购资格许可管理办法》等4件省政府规章作如下修改:一、江西省粮食收购资格许可管理办法(一)将第六条修改为:“从事粮食收购活动的法人、其他经济组织和个体工商户,应当依法取得粮食收购资格许可。”(二)删除第八条、第九条第一款、第十一条第
