从循环软化以及循环蠕变的角度对新型汽车板簧钢(35SiMnB和35CrMnSi)与传统的55SiMnVB的弹性松弛特性进行了对比研究,并对新型板簧钢的弹性松弛机理进行了微观分析。结果表明,新型板簧钢具有较大的、先快后慢的弹性松弛趋势;其机理在于回火马氏体组织具有不稳定性,在交变应力作用下,易发生碳化物聚集长大、位错排列胞壁化以及基体相的回复与再结晶。
The elastic relaxation characteristics of the new automobile leaf spring steel (35SiMnB and 35CrMnSi) and the traditional 55SiMnVB were compared from the perspective of cyclic softening and cyclic creep. The mechanism of elastic relaxation of the new leaf spring steel was analyzed microscopically. The results show that the new leaf spring steel has a large, first and then slow elastic relaxation trend; the mechanism lies in the instability of the tempered martensite, under the action of alternating stress, prone to carbide aggregation and growth, Dislocation permutation and matrix phase recovery and recrystallization.
