湖北省襄樊市水利局,针对当地实际情况,于今年7月11日至24日,在宜城县举办了首届“渍害低产田改造技术”培训班,参加学习人员来自本市各县市水利局或乡镇水利站的同志,共35人。 他们根据自己编写的“渍害低产田改造技术”讲义,聘请有经验的工程师授课。学员们一直认为,这次培训班办得及时,对今后全市渍害低产田的改造工作将有很大帮助。同时,这也是提高基层水利工作者的理论水
