装生啤酒的铝桶,目前由7升桶Φ205mm逐渐向小型化转化,以1~3升桶为主。7升及3升的铝桶起初用拉深加工方法制造,为了小型化,降低成本,而采用薄壁化,为此就可能采用DI方法加工,並谋求确立这种制造技术。一、DI加工所谓DI加工是指落料→拉深→再次拉深→变薄拉深的一连串加工。冲裁及拉深是拉深冲压加工,再拉深和变薄拉深是体积加工,共两道工序。各道加工工序的工件形状变化如图1所示。体积加工的模具排列见图2所示。需耐内压力的容器,为了放置时稳定性好,可按图
