本文报道从接种牛痘苗的家兔皮肤组织中提取一种有效成份——向神经素,在体内对免疫小鼠的 ARFC有明显的增高作用,在体外可使胰酶处理的人T淋巴细胞恢复E花环形成的能力,但对正常免疫小鼠脾脏中 T和 B淋巴细胞的分布和 PFC反应以及特异性抗体的产生无明显作用,初步认为向神经素具有一定的免疫增强性能。
