马来西亚巴昆坝为混凝土面板堆石坝,坝高205m,上下游坝坡均为1:1.4。选定方案的混凝土面板堆石坝总堆石方量为1730万m3,而在比较方案的研究中土心墙堆石坝的为2550万m3。采用混凝土面板堆石坝方案节省堆石方量约30%。对大坝的设计和选定混凝土面板堆石坝坝型的理由进行了详述,包括混凝土面板堆石坝与心墙堆石坝相比的重要优点、现场地质条件、根据土工试验和稳定分析成果(包括有限元分析)确定的设计参数等。最后简述了坝体分区的概念,重点说明了混杂硬砂岩与泥岩的堆石区,该区最大限度地利用了所需的开挖料中的软弱泥岩,从而大大缩短了工期,降低了费用。
Pakistan Batam Dam is a concrete faced rockfill dam with a dam height of 205m and upstream and downstream dam slopes of 1: 1.4.
