生物质固体成型燃料具有易运输和贮存、燃烧效率高等特点,是生物质开发利用的主要方向之一。国外生物质固体成型燃料技术及设备已经趋于成熟,形成了整个产业链的成熟技术体系和产业模式。我国目前也形成了良好的政策法规环境,农林生物资源丰富,生物质固体成型燃料产业化关键技术亦趋于成熟,秸秆收、储、运模式初步建立,未来发展潜力巨大。但还需要完善财政补贴政策、加强技术研发、开展示范、尽快出台国家或行业标准。
Biomass solid molding fuel has the characteristics of easy transportation and storage, high combustion efficiency, and is one of the main directions for the development and utilization of biomass. Foreign biomass solid fuel technology and equipment have matured, forming a mature technology system and industrial model of the entire industry chain. China has also formed a good environment for policies and regulations. The biological resources for agriculture and forestry are abundant. The key technologies for the industrialization of biomass solid fuels are also becoming mature. The straw collection, storage, and transportation models have been initially established and the potential for future development is huge. However, it is also necessary to improve fiscal subsidy policies, strengthen technological research and development, carry out demonstrations, and introduce national or industry standards as soon as possible.
