目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定美洛昔康注射液的含量。方法采用Waters symmetry C18色谱柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),以流动相0.2%磷酸氢二铵溶液∶甲醇异丙醇混合溶液(87∶13)=60∶40,等度洗脱,检测波长350nm,柱温30℃。结果美洛昔康含量测定方法中,样品溶液在0.2~0.6mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.9999),低、中、高浓度的回收率分别为99.07%、100.24%和99.45%。RSD值分别为0.81%、0.74%和0.35%。结论此方法快速、简便、专属性好,灵敏度符合要求,结果准确,可靠,可用于测定美洛昔康注射液的含量。
Objective To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of meloxicam injection. Methods Waters symmetry C18 column (5μm, 250mm × 4.6mm) was used to elute isocratic elution of mobile phase 0.2% diammonium phosphate solution: methanol isopropanol mixed solution (87:13) = 60:40. The detection wavelength 350nm, column temperature 30 ℃. Results In the method of determination of meloxicam, the linearity of the sample solution was good (R2 = 0.9999) in the concentration range of 0.2-0.6 mg / ml, and the recoveries of low, medium and high concentrations were 99.07%, 100.24% and 99.45% . RSD values were 0.81%, 0.74% and 0.35% respectively. Conclusion The method is rapid, simple, specific, sensitive and meets the requirements. The results are accurate and reliable and can be used to determine the content of meloxicam injection.
