通过游离小孢子培养快速获得芥菜型油菜纯合系,在芥菜型油菜杂交育种和遗传研究中有着非常重要的意义.该文以6个不同遗传基础的芥菜型油菜为研究材料,在NLN-13培养基上进行游离小孢子培养,研究成胚过程中材料的基因型、低温预处理、高温热击对其成胚效率的影响.结果表明:基因型是影响芥菜型油菜成胚的关键因子,不同基因型材料之间胚状体产量差异较大,在不考虑其他因素的情况下,每皿产胚量变化在0~48.5个之间;低温预处理24h和高温热激时间长短因品种不同存在差异.
It is of great significance in the crossbreeding and genetic studies of Brassica juncea to obtain the homozygous lines of Brassica juncea rapidly through the free microspore culture.In this study, six different Brassica juncea cultivars were used as materials in NLN-13 The microspore culture was carried out on the medium to study the effect of genotype, low temperature pretreatment and high temperature heat shock on the embryogenic efficiency of the embryogenic process.The results showed that the genotype was the key factor affecting embryogenesis of Brassica juncea, The yields of embryoid bodies differed greatly among different genotypes. The embryo yield per dish varied from 0 to 48.5 without considering other factors. The duration of low temperature pretreatment 24h and high temperature heat shock varied with different varieties has a difference.
