目前,苏州地区大部分院校对于高职院校教师的考核评价或者职业发展方向同本科会计教育类似,重视科研、论文,而很少重视其实践能力的提升。这本身就与职业教育的目标相违背,目前的考核方式也无法有效地激励教师主动提升其职业能力。本文从调查入手,分析苏州地区会计教师实践能力现状,进而分析其存在的问题,最后研究对高职会计教师有用的职业发展体系和评价体系,促进高职院校教师队伍的发展。
At present, most of the institutions in Suzhou have the same emphasis on scientific research and dissertations as the undergraduate accounting education for appraisals or career development of higher vocational colleges, but seldom emphasizes the improvement of their practical abilities. This in itself runs counter to the goal of vocational education. The current assessment methods can not effectively motivate teachers to take the initiative to upgrade their vocational skills. Based on the investigation, this article analyzes the current situation of accounting teachers’ practical ability in Suzhou and then analyzes their existing problems. Finally, it studies the vocational development system and evaluation system that is useful to accounting teachers in higher vocational colleges, and promotes the development of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
