In his book, “The Collapse and Enlargement of China, the Wei, Jin and the Northern and Southern Dynasties”, the famous Japanese historian Kawamoto made a study of that turbulent history by alien self-awareness and by external forces that in turn influenced China’s unique perspective. As well as the “barbarians” in the south played an important role in the formation of the Han nationality. By analyzing and summarizing the characteristics of the history of the book, we can see how Japanese historians break the historical tradition centered on “Han ” and “Han Dynasty ” and how to interact frequently with “edge and center ” The research path for us to start a historical picture of the Wei, Jin and Northern and Southern Dynasties.
