钢铁冶金和凝固等特性决定了钢锭内部不可避免地存在缺陷 ,因而大型锻件锻造过程中内部缺陷损伤产生或修复效果直接影响着产品质量。文中使用热扭转实验研究了大型管板材料 (2 0 Mn Mo)内部裂纹损伤产生的条件和影响因素 ,用热模拟方法分析了缺陷修复过程及影响因素 ,并对两种规律进行了对比分析。研究表明 :裂纹损伤与修复规律的影响因素不尽相同 ,变形路径不可逆 ,在锻压生产中可按要求分别进行控制。
The characteristics of steel metallurgy and solidification determine the inevitable defects in the ingot. Therefore, the damage or repair effect of the internal defects during the forging process of a large forging directly affects the product quality. In this paper, the conditions and influencing factors of internal crack damage in large tube-plate material (2 0 Mn Mo) are studied by using hot-torsion test. The process and influential factors of defect repairing are analyzed by thermal simulation method, and the two rules are compared and analyzed. The research shows that the influencing factors of crack damage and repair law are different, and the deformation path is irreversible, and they can be controlled separately according to requirements in forging production.
