针对当前旅游专业大学生行业流出率持续居高不下的现状,本文试图探究其在学校专业教育阶段是否存在专业认同不高的源头性“病因”。以滁州学院旅游类专业学生为研究样本,运用SPSS17.0软件,采用因子分析、方差分析等方法对专业认同的维度以及该校学生的专业认同度现状及其影响因素展开探讨。研究结果发现,专业认同包括认知性、情感性、知识学习行为性、能力锻炼行为性和持续性认同五个维度;该校旅游专业学生的专业认同度较高;年级、高考志愿类型、实习经历、家长态度、与老师沟通情况以及参与行业高管讲座情况会对专业认同的不同纬度产生显著的差异影响,并就研究结论提出相应的建议。
In view of the current outflow rate of undergraduates in tourism specialty continues to be high, this paper tries to find out whether there is the source of “specialty” in the period of professional education in schools. Taking Chuzhou College tourism specialty students as samples, using SPSS17.0 software, using factor analysis and analysis of variance to discuss the dimensions of professional identity and the students’ status of professional identity and its influencing factors. The findings show that professional identity includes five dimensions: cognition, affectivity, knowledge learning behavior, ability to exercise behavior and persistence identity; the tourism professional students in the school have higher degree of professional recognition; grade, college entrance examination volunteer type, internship Experience, attitude of parents, communication with teachers and attendance of senior executives in the industry will have significant differences in different latitudes of professional identity and make corresponding suggestions on the conclusions of the study.
