目的 建立HPLC法测定阿奇霉素在其分散片中的含量。方法 采用phenomenex C18 柱(150 mm×4 .60mm, 5μm ); 流动相为0. 02 mol·L-1磷酸氢二钾溶液乙腈(30∶70 ); 检测波长为210 nm。结果 阿奇霉素在1 0~3 0 mg·mL-1浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0. 999 96), 平均回收率为100. 01%,RSD为0 .63%。结论 方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of azithromycin in its dispersible tablets. Methods Phenomenex C18 column (150 mm × 4 .60 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0.02 mol·L -1 dipotassium hydrogen phosphate solution (30:70). The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results Azithromycin had a good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 0. 999 96) at 10-30 mg · mL-1, with an average recovery of 100. 01% and a RSD of 0.63%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate.
