进入21世纪,互联网的快速发展,为人类的进步带来了巨大的推动力,言论自由也遇到了种种问题。在互联网世界,每个个体都隐藏在这个虚拟世界的背后,犹如一个幕后的操盘手,在互联网世界可以为所欲为,给言论自由带来了更大的挑战。在这样一个失去理性的互联网世界中,对自己的言论更要保持理性,重视网络空间言论自由的自我责任,约束自己的行为,构建一个和谐的网络空间。
In the 21st century, the rapid development of the Internet has brought tremendous impetus to the progress of mankind. Various problems have also been encountered in the freedom of speech. In the Internet world, each individual is hidden behind this virtual world. It is like a behind-the-scenes manipulator who can do whatever he likes in the Internet world. This poses a greater challenge to freedom of speech. In such a irrational Internet world, we must remain rational about our own speech, attach importance to the self-responsibility of free speech in cyberspace, constrain our behavior and build a harmonious cyberspace.
