(一) 1985年是我省一轻工业困难最大的一年。既有原材料涨价的影响,又有洪涝灾害的袭击。全年客观不利因素达18,431万元,占1984年利润总额的64%。年初厅领导号召将客观不利因素由内部消化一半,年终超额完成了这项任务,获得全年利润总额比上年增长5.7%的好成绩。在增利因素中,由于降低消耗和节约两费的占21.1%;由于品种结构变化占25.5%;由于增产增销占16.8%;扩大自销占18.2%;由于其他因素占18.4%。内部消化的途径可概括为五条:(1)硬消化(降低消耗,克服浪费);(2)巧消化(改进产品设计和原料配方);(3)广消化(搞多品种、多规格、多花色、多种经营、多种渠道,在广阔领域里消化);(4)分消化(如原料生产厂困难大,由用户分担一些,分头消化);(5)助消化,利用价格、财税等多种经济杠杆帮助缓解矛盾,促进企业消化)。
