早在民主革命时期,党就萌发了直接利用外资的思想,并在建国初期将其付诸实践,只是后来由于内外多种因素的影响才暂搁浅。今天,我们回顾和研究这段历史,有助于坚持发展毛泽东思想和搞好改革开放。一、直接利用外资是新民主主义理论的组成部分如果回顾一下历史,我们从中不难发现:中国共产党人关于在新民主主义建设中吸收和利用外资的思想和政策是一贯的。
As early as during the democratic revolution, the party germinated the idea of direct use of foreign capital and put it into practice early in the founding of the People’s Republic. However, it was only temporarily hindered by the influence of various internal and external factors. Today, we review and study this history and help to insist on developing Mao Zedong Thought and doing a good job of reform and opening up. I. Direct use of foreign investment is an integral part of the new democratic theory If we review history, we can easily find out that the Chinese Communists have consistently adhered to the ideas and policies on absorbing and utilizing foreign capital in the new-democratic construction.
