功能影像学研究发现疼痛刺激可激活人类扣带回的多个区域,而电生理研究也发现激光诱发电位(LEPS)波峰的来源在扣带回。然而,以往的研究在来源定位分析中多使用圆形头颅模型而很少使用真实的头颅模型,所以难以解释解剖上的个体差异,从而不能准确地定位疼痛来源。本研究使用真实的头颅模型,旨在准确地定位LEPS的扣带回来源,评估个体间解剖定位差异性的程度。
Functional imaging studies found that pain stimulation activated multiple regions of human cingulate back and electrophysiological studies also found that the source of the laser induced potential (LEPS) peak was cingulateocated. However, previous studies mostly used round skull models in source localization analysis and seldom used real skull models, making it difficult to interpret anatomical individual differences and thus not accurately locating the source of pain. This study used a real skull model aimed at accurately locating the source of the cingulate gyrus of LEPS and assessing the extent to which differences in anatomical positioning exist between individuals.
