受教育部基础教育司委托,义务教育数学课程标准研制工作组,于2003年10月17日~19日,在沈阳市召开了“义务教育数学课程标准修订工作研讨会”。来自全国25个省、自治区、直辖市的100多位代表参加了此次会议。其中包括大学和研究机构的专家学者、来自数学课程改革第一线的教研员和教师、已经投入使用或已经通过编写资格审查的实验教材主编、反映数学课程研究进展的重要学术期刊代表及《义务教育数学课程标准》研制组的部分成员。 大会在第三天(10月19日)下午,举行了形式新颖的“数学课程改革热点问题互动式研讨会”。由孙晓天主持,以张孝达、张奠宙、郑毓信、范良火、周玉仁、宋乃庆、黄翔、展涛、戎松魁、刘坚、马复为主,在会场中间呈圆桌状围坐,围绕上述几个问题展开讨论。全体与会代表环坐四周共同参与,随时可以插话提问,讨论的气氛是平等与和谐的。大家围绕《标准》的修订和下一步新课程实施等具体问题,从不同的角度提出了建设性的意见。其间,既有争论,又有共鸣,为在我国建立一个数学课程可持续发展的机制给出了各自的诠释。 为使广大的数学教育工作者对数学课程改革进程中的诸多热点问题有一明晰地认识与理解,深刻领悟有关课程论专家、学科教学论专家对课程标准的解读,能以新的理念、新的视角重新审?
Entrusted by the Ministry of Education, Department of Basic Education, compulsory education mathematics curriculum standards working group, in October 17, 2003 to 19, held in Shenyang City, “compulsory education mathematics curriculum standards revision seminar.” More than 100 representatives from 25 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities attended the conference. The representatives of the Central Committee sat around for joint participation and could interject questions at any time to discuss the atmosphere of equality and harmony. With regard to specific issues such as the revision of the “Standard” and the implementation of the new curriculum in the next step, we put forward constructive suggestions from different perspectives. In the meantime, both the controversy and the resonance have given their respective interpretations for establishing a mechanism for the sustainable development of mathematics curriculum in our country.
