近室温条件、表面活性剂以及超声波条件下,在玛瑙研钵中红外线作用下固相反应合成 Ce2(MoO4)3(钼酸铈)纳米晶,用 X射线衍射(XRD)及电子衍射法(ED)分析了固相产物的物相,并用透射电镜(TEM)观测粒子的大小、形貌、粒径及粒径分布.结果表明:该产品是一种粒度均匀的颗粒,平均粒径约为48 nm.通过改变原料配比,改变反应物和固相反应条件下,钼酸铈纳米晶的产量和产品尺寸上有一定的影响.反应的最佳工艺条件是在反应物比例为1∶3时,通过研磨在红外线和超声波作用下产品在晶粒粒度、尺寸上最为均匀,品质最好.“,”Under the conditions of indoor temperature,surfactants and ultrasonic wave,Cerium Molybdate nanocrystals were synthesized in an agate mortar through infrared solid-phase chemical reaction.By use of X-ray diffraction (XRD)and E-lectron Diffraction(ED)an analysis was made of the phase of the solid product,and by means of Transmission Electron Micro-scope (TEM),the particle size,morphology,particle diameter and distribution were observed and tested.The results showed that the product was uniform in particle size,with an average particle size of about 48nm.The change of the ratio of raw mate-rials,the reactants,and the conditions of solid phase reaction will have certain effects on the yield and product size of the Ceri-um Molybdate nanocrystals.Under the optimal reaction conditions when the reactants proportion is at 1:3,by grinding and under the combined effects of the infrared and ultrasonic waves,the products were most uniform in the grain size and of the best quality.
