近年来党和国家高度重视农村教育,出台了系列推进农村教育发展的政策,加大对农村教育的投资力度,农村中小学教师在工作环境、工资待遇、职称评审等方面较过去有了很明显的改善,与此同时,社会对农村中小学教师的专业要求也越来越高。而教师专业化的实质和核心就是教师的教育科学素养的专业化。笔者在一年多来对农村中小学教师走访、跟踪的基础上,试就农村中小学教师教育科学素养的现状及对策做一些探讨。

Based on the visits and tracing of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas in more than a year, the author tries to make some discussions on the status quo and countermeasures of teacher education quality in primary and middle schools in rural areas.
