阐述了电力公司SCADA(数据采集与监控)与MIS(管理信息系统)互联的必要性,提出了这两个系统间通讯的方法和规约,通过异种网的互联实现了整个电力公司不仅对离线数据的共享,而且也实现了对在线实时数据的共享。该课题的研究对今后各级电力公司的计算机网络科学化管理是十分必要的。
The necessity of interconnecting power company SCADA (Data Acquisition and Monitoring) with MIS (Management Information System) is expounded. The methods and protocols for communication between these two systems are put forward. Through the interconnection of heterogeneous networks, the whole power company not only realizes the offline data Sharing, but also to achieve the sharing of online real-time data. The research of this subject is very necessary for the future scientific management of the computer network of power companies at all levels.
