研磨是一种精密的加工方法,在机械制造和精密仪器的机械装配中应用很广。为了保证研磨加工的质量,正确而合理的设计和使用研磨具是一项极为重要的工作。一、圆柱孔研磨具圆柱孔研磨具的结构型式很多,在此我们只分析常用的几种型式。对这些研磨具的要求是:1)直径比工件小0.01~0.025mm;2)长度一般应比工件长1/3左右。圆柱孔研磨具可分为固定式和可调式两大类,后者又可分为若干种结构型式,详见表1。
Grinding is a precision machining method used extensively in the mechanical assembly of machinery and precision instruments. In order to ensure the quality of grinding, proper and reasonable design and use of grinding tools is a very important task.
