Vasostatin-1(VS-1)是嗜铬粒蛋白A的N端1~76酶解多肽片段,具有舒张血管、促进机体固有免疫、调节细胞黏附等多种“组织非特异性稳态调节作用”。最近VS-1相关心血管内皮保护、心肌负性肌力、肾上腺素能抑制以及抗心肌缺血-再灌注损伤等“心血管系统稳态调节作用”陆续被发现。研究表明,NO-cGMP-PKG、PI3K-Akt、Giα蛋白-P38MAPK抑制、腺苷受体A1激活等多种信号转导途径参与了以上作用,并在心肌,血管内皮细胞保护,神经激素调节和心肌肥大、心室重构乃至心衰抑制等方面具有巨大潜能。因此VS-1在心血管疾病的高危预防、治疗方面具有很大的研究价值和临床应用前景。

It has various non-specific homeostasis effects such as relaxing blood vessels, promoting innate immunity and regulating cell adhesion. ". Recently, VS-1-related cardiovascular endothelium protection, myocardial negative muscle strength, adrenergic inhibition, and anti-myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury have been found. Studies have shown that NO-cGMP-PKG, PI3K-Akt, Giα protein-P38MAPK inhibition, adenosine receptor A1 activation and other signal transduction pathways involved in these effects, and myocardial, endothelial cell protection, neurohormones and Myocardial hypertrophy, ventricular remodeling and even heart failure has great potential. Therefore, VS-1 has great research value and clinical application prospect in high-risk prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
