为了克服抗侧滚扭力杆所产生的有害作用,应用抗侧滚等效刚度概念提出了改进的技术对策。抗侧滚等效刚度是指一个抗侧滚扭力杆机构对车体侧滚的总刚度贡献,并以折算到抗侧滚扭力杆转角上的等效刚度值给出。利用拉杆与车体之间橡胶节点的非线性刚度实现抗侧滚等效刚度的分段定义:即直线或曲线准静态通过时具有低刚度;顺坡段通过时则具有高刚度。多种车况仿真对比分析表明:根据空气弹簧高度控制的位移滞后特性,这一弹性连接方案可以获得比较理想的舒适度;同时,在顺坡段通过时也适度增强转向架对车体的抗侧滚刚度。
In order to overcome the detrimental effect of anti-roll torsion bar, an improved technical countermeasure is put forward by applying the concept of equivalent roll stiffness. The roll-equivalent stiffness is the contribution of an anti-roll torsion bar mechanism to the overall stiffness of the body-side roll and is given by the equivalent stiffness converted to the roll angle of the anti-roll torsion bar. The non-linear stiffness of the rubber joints between the tie rod and the vehicle body is used to define the equivalent stiffness of the rolling roll. The stiffness is defined as the stiffness of the straight line or the curve passing through the quasi-static state and the stiffness of the tangent section passing. The comparative analysis of various vehicle conditions shows that the elastic connection scheme can obtain the ideal comfort according to the displacement hysteresis controlled by the altitude of the air spring.
