目的分析与评价建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素种类及其危害程度,为建设项目职业病危害分类管理、防护对策和建议提供依据。方法采用类比法、经验法和检查表法相结合的原则进行评价。结果该项目的选址、总体布局、生产工艺和设备布局、建筑卫生学、职业病危害因素和危害程度、职业病危害防护设施、辅助用室、应急救援、个人使用的职业病防护用品、职业卫生管理等内容基本符合国家有关规定;该项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素有:有毒有害化学物质、粉尘及物理因素,其中氨在热电厂锅炉加药槽(C TWA0.38~29.94mg/m3)超过职业卫生接触限值;3#锅炉巡检岗位的矽尘浓度(C TWA为0.8~6.9 mg/m3)超过职业接触限值,煤场碎煤机巡检岗位的煤尘浓度的超限倍数为2.8,超过职业接触限值要求;噪声定点检测60个检测点,有42个检测点噪声强度超过85 dB(A),备料车间班长、备料车间控制室操作员、碱回收车间白泥堆场铲车司机、抄浆车间班长等4个工种个体噪声检测结果超过职业接触限值要求。结论经综合评价分析,该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,在按照评价报告书的建议,认真落实各项职业卫生管理制度和职业病防护设施的情况下,可达到预防和控制职业病危害的要求。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the types of occupational hazards that may arise from construction projects and the degree of their harm, and provide basis for classification and management of occupational hazards, prevention measures and suggestions for construction projects. Methods The methods of analogy, experience and checklist were used to evaluate the method. Results The site selection, overall layout, production process and equipment layout, building hygiene, occupational hazards and hazards, occupational hazards protection facilities, auxiliary rooms, emergency rescue, personal protective equipment for occupational diseases, occupational health management, etc. The content basically conforms to the relevant national regulations; The occupational hazards that may occur in the production process include toxic and harmful chemical substances, dust and physical factors, among which, the ammonia concentration in the thermoelectric plant boiler dosing tank (C TWA 0.38 ~ 29.94mg / m3) Exceeds the occupational health exposure limit; the concentration of silica dust (C TWA 0.8 ~ 6.9 mg / m3) in the No. 3 boiler inspection post exceeds the occupational exposure limit and the over limit multiple of the coal dust concentration in the inspection positions of coal pulverizer 2.8, exceeded the occupational exposure limit requirements; noise detection 60 points fixed point detection point, noise intensity of 42 points more than 85 dB (A), preparation workshop monitor, preparation workshop control room operator, Forklift drivers, paper pulp workshop squad and other 4 kinds of individual noise test results exceed the occupational exposure limit requirements. Conclusion According to the comprehensive evaluation and analysis, this project belongs to the construction projects with serious occupational hazards. In accordance with the recommendations of the evaluation report, the implementation of various occupational health management systems and occupational disease prevention facilities can achieve the requirements of preventing and controlling occupational hazards.
