目的掌握泰安市城区蝇密度及季节消长情况,为制定蝇类防制方案提供科学依据。方法随机抽取农贸市场3处、餐饮外环境6处、绿化带3处、居民区3处作为固定监测点,采用笼诱法进行蝇类密度监测。结果2007-2010年泰安市城区共捕获蝇类7088只,平均蝇密度为14.8只/笼,家蝇(19.6%)、厩腐蝇(19.6%)和丝光绿蝇(17.1%)为主要优势蝇种;不同生境蝇密度农贸市场>绿化带>餐饮外环境>居民区;蝇密度年际间、生境间消长呈单峰型曲线,蝇类在7、8月出现高峰。结论基本掌握了泰安市城区蝇密度及季节消长情况,建议采取综合防制措施,重点在7、8月集中灭蝇、防蝇,加强对蝇类及其传播疾病的长期监测,以减少蝇媒传染病的发生及流行。
Objective To grasp the density and seasonal fluctuation of flies in the urban area of Tai’an City and provide a scientific basis for formulating flies control programs. Methods Three farmer’s markets, 6 outer environments, 3 green belts and 3 residential areas were randomly selected as the fixed monitoring points. The density of flies was monitored by cage induction method. Results A total of 7088 flies were collected in urban areas of Tai’an from 2007 to 2010, with an average flies density of 14.8 / cage, housefly (19.6%), stable flies (19.6%) and green flies (17.1%) as dominant flies The density of flies in different habitats farmer’s market> green belt> dining environment> residential area; The density of flies during the inter-annual period showed a single peak curve, and the flies peaked in July and August. Conclusion The density and seasonal fluctuation of flies in the urban area of Tai’an City are basically mastered. It is suggested that comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken, focusing on flies and fly control in July and August and long-term monitoring on flies and their transmitted diseases to reduce fly media The occurrence and prevalence of infectious diseases.
