我院急诊科于1998年8月23日晚,一次接诊某单位急性食物中毒患者42例,经积极抢救均获痊愈。报道如下。 1临床资料 1.1一般资料 本组患者42例均为男性,年龄20~35岁,平素均健康,中毒者均在单位食堂进餐,1.5~3小时后全部出现中毒症状。 1.2临床表现 42例患者均意识清,脐周阵发性绞痛,频繁呕吐,大便4~10次,呈稀水样,伴头晕无力。体检:平均体温37.5℃,脉搏90次/分,呼吸32次/分,血压105/60mmHg,最低者68/38mmHg均有上腹部及脐周压痛、肠鸣音活跃。 1.3实验室检查 采集呕吐物及食物检出金黄色葡萄球菌。 2抢救经过
