随着阳光体育运动在我省各校不断深入、发展,参加体育高考学生正逐年增多……新的一轮体育高考又将开始,为使体育高考训练计划有目的、有步骤、有系统地开展,学校、家长了解支持,保证训练正常运行;及时督促,检查训练情况。特制订训练计划如下:一、7月10日~10月4日(基础练习阶段)目的:培养体能,了解、掌握体能、素质练习的基本常识、要领、体育高考规则及练习方式、方法。1.体能练习(7.10~7.31)。2.素质练习:a.800米(8.1~8.5):b.铅球(8.1 6~8.13);c.立定三级跳远(9.1~9.15);d.100米
