Objective To study the expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in small intestine mucosa and the effect of rhubarb in rats with early scald and to investigate the protective effect and possible mechanism of rhubarb on intestinal mucosal barrier. Methods Randomized method was used to study the effect of SD rat scald model. Observed the pathological changes of small intestine mucosa of SD rats at the early stage of burns, and analyzed the small intestine mucosa group of SD rats by early immunohistochemical staining.
