目的探讨社区药房实行中药饮片小包装的可行性。方法选取2014年7月至2015年7月在广州市荔湾区龙津街社区卫生服务中心中医门诊就诊的150例作为研究对象,采用自制问卷调查表调查患者对小包装中药饮片与传统中药散味饮片的满意情况,包括经济性、安全性、简便性、有效性。结果在就诊的150患者中,认为小包装中药饮片具有经济性的比率明显低于传统中药散味饮片,认为小包装中药饮片具有安全性、简便性、有效性的比率明显高于传统中药散味饮片,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论社区药房实行中药饮片小包装对质量和疗效更有保证,具有可行性。
Objective To explore the feasibility of using small package of Chinese medicine decoction in community pharmacies. Methods From July 2014 to July 2015 in Guangzhou Liwan District Longjin Street Community Health Service Center of Chinese medicine clinics in 150 cases as the research object, using self-made questionnaire survey of patients with small packages of traditional Chinese medicine Pieces of Chinese medicine and flavor Pieces of satisfaction, including economic, security, simplicity, effectiveness. Results Among the 150 patients who were treated, it was considered that the economic efficiency of small package Chinese medicine Pieces was significantly lower than that of traditional Chinese medicine Sesame Pieces, and the ratio of safety, convenience and effectiveness of Small Pieces Chinese medicine Pieces was significantly higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine Pieces, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Community pharmacies to implement small pieces of Chinese medicine Pieces on the quality and efficacy more assured, it is feasible.
