我们有过《女记者的画外音》《新闻启示录》《走向远方》,更有过国内电视剧收视率最高、观众达三亿数字的《新星》。近年间,又产生了那部以改革为背景,实为反映论理道德观念变化的《雪野》。假如从年产千集以上的电视剧的总体来作观察,这类真正能牵动人心的佳作又太少太少了。人们对它远不像关注现实中的改革那么充满兴味。自《女记者画外音》至《新星》,可说是改革题材电视剧的第一个时期。而今,它的脚步正在向第二个时期——需要我们切切实实作点回顾、总结,在比较符合实际的基点上,去继续寻找新的创作之路。就改革题材电视剧的经验教训来说,需要探讨的问题实为繁多。我只想说出自己体会较深的一点:关键在找到新的视点。改革涉及体制和观念两大方面。电视剧创作以人的种种为中心,无疑要以观念变革为基点。表现体制
