班主任的主要职责是对班级进行管理,使班级朝着健康的方向发展。班主任采取不同的管理模式,产生的效果也千差万别。在学校文化建设蓬勃兴起的今天,以文化管理班级,建立班级的文化管理模式,无疑是一种有效的管理途径。一、传统班级管理模式及其特点1.松散模式:班主任与学生之间缺少沟通,班主任对班级只起看守、维持基本秩序的作用。多数学生在班中处于游离状态,班干部职责不清,基本不开展集体活动。2.集权式:班主任基本上包揽一切,直接联系、干预学生的学习、纪律等,组织指挥各项活动。
