当前，我国的事业单位正在进行分类改革以及“聘任制”、“绩效工资制”等重大改革，而绩效考核是推进这两大改革最基础、最重要的管理工作。新形势下，加强和创新事业单位绩效考核工作，对深化事业单位改革、促进事业单位良性发展，有着重要的战略意义。
