砼构件生产的能耗主要是用于蒸汽养护,而目前蒸养中蒸汽的利用率只有28%,其主要原因就是养护设施设计不合理,热损过大,当然也有管理方面的“跑、冒、滴、漏”等原因,因此,设计一种合理的养护窑或改造旧有窑体就显得非常重要了。几年来,我厂在养护设施上想了一些办法,即改造不合理的旧有养护设施,尽量采用先进的,特别是节能的工艺。现举几个实例如下: 一、折线窑折线窑是国内较为先进的窑型,主要特点就是节能,它利用起拱所造成的压差使窑内蒸汽不致外逸,热损极低,加之窑体保温良好,能节省大量能源。由于窑体呈弓背状,自然形成一个合理的养护温程:“升
