采用计算机辅助采样及数据处理的方法,分析研究了三种高锰奥氏体钢的真实应力应变曲线,分别采用Hollomon和Ludwigson公式测定了其应变硬化指数。结果表明,采用Hollomon公式测定应变硬化指数为保证数据准确,应按照几何级数选取应变点;室温下,高锰奥氏体钢均匀变形阶段的真实应力应变曲线满足Ludwigson经验公式。
Using computer-aided sampling and data processing methods, the true stress-strain curves of three kinds of high-manganese austenitic steels were analyzed and the strain hardening indices were measured by the Hollomon and Ludwigson equations respectively. The results show that the strain hardening index is determined by the Hollomon formula. To ensure the accuracy of the data, the strain point should be selected according to the geometric series. The true stress-strain curve of the homogeneous deformation phase of high-manganese austenitic steel at room temperature satisfies the Ludwigson empirical formula.
