用Vogit函数法测定高能球磨制备的Al-Pb纳米相复合结构中Pb相的晶粒尺寸和点阵畸变,并与透射电镜(TEM)观察结果进行比较。结果表明,Vogit函数法测定Pb相的晶粒尺寸与TEM观察结果相一致。这说明Vogit函数法的分析结果可靠,可用于常规分析。
The grain size and lattice distortion of Pb phase in the Al-Pb nano-phase composite structure prepared by high energy ball milling were measured by Vogit function method and compared with the transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation results. The results show that the grain size of Pb phase determined by Vogit function method is consistent with TEM observation. This shows that the Vogit function method is reliable and can be used for routine analysis.
