该文根据“白庙子村诉承德钢厂环境污染侵权损害赔偿纠纷案”项目的调查资料,对研究区开展了二维弥散实验,并根据弥散试验的数据,利用PSO算法求出该区的弥散系数,进而建立了研究区的溶质运移模型,并预测了该区氟污染情况。结果表明,承德钢铁厂尾矿库停止选矿以后,其对白庙子村造成的污染状况将随着时间的推移而减弱。
