报道了一种处理镍冶金废水的工艺方法。工业试验和实际生产结果表明,处理后水中镍残余浓度<0.4mg/L、钴<0.1mg/L、铜<0.02mg/L;渣中镍含量为11.18%、钴0.193%、铜0.74%。废水处理后达到国家排放标准,有价金属得到有效回收。
Reported a nickel metallurgy wastewater treatment process. The results of industrial experiments and actual production showed that the residual nickel concentration in the treated water was less than 0.4mg / L, cobalt <0.1mg / L and copper <0.02mg / L. The nickel content in the slag was 11.18%, cobalt 0.193% and copper 0.74%. After the wastewater treatment reaches the national emission standard, valuable metals are effectively recovered.
