在氢气或氢气和氩气混合的高压气氛中,采用定向凝固技术制得规则多孔铜。根据定向凝固特点,建立了该工艺凝固过程中的传热模型。在凝固区一维热平衡条件下,推导了凝固层厚度与凝固时间的关系,得到了与经典平方根定律相同的公式。同时对凝固系数和凝固时间进行了验证。结果表明公式正确有效。
In hydrogen or hydrogen and argon mixed high pressure atmosphere, the use of directional solidification technology to produce regular porous copper. According to the characteristics of directional solidification, the heat transfer model in the process of solidification was established. Under the conditions of one-dimensional heat balance in the solidification zone, the relationship between the solidified layer thickness and the solidification time is derived, and the same formula as the classical square root law is obtained. Coagulation coefficient and solidification time were also verified. The results show that the formula is correct and effective.
