目的:总结165例(176眼)板栗苞刺致眼异物伤的特点及治疗。方法:眼表面麻醉或局部麻醉后显微镜下取出眼睑、角膜、结膜下、巩膜或前房异物,预防感染及并发症治疗。结果:板栗苞刺1次取出者占76.7%,2次取出者占21.6%,3次取出者占1.70%;手术后随访1~6个月,患者视力无影响者占91.5%。结论:板栗苞刺所致的眼异物伤,异物数量多、侵犯范围广,及时诊治并采取恰当方式取出异物临床效果良好。
Objective: To summarize the characteristics and treatment of 165 cases (176 eyes) of chestnut eye caused by foreign body injury. METHODS: Eyelid, cornea, subconjunctival, sclera or anterior chamber foreign bodies were removed under the microscope after eye surface anesthesia or local anesthesia to prevent infection and complications. Results: Chestnut prickles accounted for 76.7% of the cases with one extraction, 21.6% of the cases with 2 extractions and 1.70% with 3 extractions; 91.5% of the patients had no visual acuity after a follow-up of 1-6 months. Conclusion: There are many foreign body injuries and many foreign bodies caused by chestnut prickles, with a wide range of violations, timely diagnosis and treatment, and appropriate clinical measures for removing foreign bodies.
