我厂小高炉(33m~3)无固定炼铁燃料供应基地。特别是焦炭均系劣质土焦,强度差,1989年含硫量波动在0.8~2.8%,灰分高达25~30%,造成高炉冶炼造渣制度不稳定,炉缸工作长期不活跃不均匀,渣铁温度波动大,炉缸温度低.渣中FeO含量平均高达1.41%。炉渣脱硫能力差,生铁质量无保证,另外,由于炉缸煤气初始分布状况差,煤气利用率低,焦比高。
