目前,高职教学中,教师的教学工作量大,每天重复一样的工作,拿到的薪酬和工作量不符,加上不合理的评价机制,这些问题的存在,使得高职教师出现职业怠慢情况,此外,教师的主观幸福感也在一些因素下受到影响。本文从职业倦怠和主观幸福的影响因素出发,寻找解决问题的方法,提高高职教师的教学责任心与自主性,通过激励机制,解决教师的职业倦怠问题,提高高职教师教学的幸福感。
At present, in the teaching of higher vocational education, the teaching workload of the teachers is big, repeating the same work every day, the remuneration and workload are not accordant with the unreasonable evaluation mechanism, and the existence of these problems makes the occupational negligence appear in higher vocational schools In addition, teachers’ subjective well-being is also affected by some factors. Based on the factors of occupational burnout and subjective well-being, this article tries to find a solution to the problem, improve the teaching responsibility and autonomy of higher vocational teachers, and solve the problem of teachers’ burnout and improve the sense of happiness of higher vocational teachers through encouraging mechanism.
