为探讨肝硬变患者腹水中是否存在心钠素(Atrial natriuretic peptide,ANP),作者应用放射免疫测定法(RIA),检测12例患者腹水中ANP存在与否。
To investigate the presence or absence of Atrial Natriuretic Peptide (ANP) in ascites of cirrhotic patients, the authors used radioimmunoassay (RIA) to detect the presence or absence of ANP in ascites of 12 patients.
