基于引线的脆断和力学性能的表征有关的机理,文中全面的研究了炉型、串状夹杂、晶粒度等冶金因素和制管工艺因素与引线脆弯性能的关系。实验证明,炉型、串状夹杂无影响;脆弯次数、δ%虽和晶粒度有关,但在丈中的各种情况下足以满足引线弯曲次数的要求;正常的制管工艺下亦无异常表现。指出,不正常的制管工艺会致使引线的脆弯性能下降,尤其是表面伤痕对脆弯次数影响最大,故而制管过程中产生的断脚率与这些因素单独和联合协同的效应有关。表明在正常的制管工艺下镀金半成品管件引线的裂断不具有腐蚀的特征。
